It was raining one night so i used a sony px720 digital voice recorder to catch some hopefully cool atmospheric type sounds. I placed the recorder next to my apartment window and stepped away for a few minutes. My window is situated right next to a rain-gutter so you hear the rain hitting the pavement along with the rain flowing down the gutter. You also hear four different cars drive by during the recording. Well that's about it hopefully these sounds are of some use to people.

A 7 minute continuous clip of birds in my backyard. 24 bit 48khz recorded with a sound devices 552 and a matched stereo pair of akg c451b's. All surface to air fireworks are illegal but, due to covid-19 cabin fever, people just didn't care this year. This recording is almost 99% voice free. There was a couple on a balcony that are barely heard muttering something in just a minute or two of this recording. For the most part, it's clean. I kept the peaks very low to maintain a natural sound. All of my sounds recordings are provided free of all charges. This recording, unlike my previous insect recordings, was taken in an actual forrest on south mountain reservation, millburn nj (as opposed to my backyard). There is a distant airplane in the background (south mountain is near newark airport) but otherwise its much cleaner than my previous recordings, pretty much isolating the patch of crickets. ---two primo em172 capsules -> zoom h1.
